Explosion-Proof LED Lighting Engineered for Hazardous Locations

About Flameled

Your Explosion-Proof Lighting Engineer — Not a Trading Company

Flameled was founded by a senior LED lighting engineer who saw the same problem again and again: buyers in oil & gas, mining, marine, and grain-handling facilities ordering “explosion-proof” fixtures from generic trading companies — and getting mis-specified products, fake certifications, or worse.

We work differently. Every Flameled fixture starts in a design file, not a warehouse. We hold certifications across UL 844, ATEX, and IECEx hazardous-location standards, run thermal, IP, and impact testing in-house, and coordinate certified OEM production only after the engineering is locked in. If you have a hazardous-area lighting spec we can’t quote from a catalog, we’ll design it.

We also supply the building blocks other lighting makers don’t want to: precision-machined aluminum housings, LED module assemblies, isolated constant-current drivers — for integrators and OEM partners who already know what they need.

Talk to the engineer, not a sales rep.
